What Was It?
In late 2014, Samsung struck up the ultimate partnership with AEG. This program aimed at keeping current Samsung mobile owners close. By rewarding them for being part of the Samsung family, we were able to keep our Owners in love with Samsung devices. What better way to do this than to allow Owners to get anything from seat upgrades to a free box of popcorn at any AEG event. So long as they used our Owner’s Hub platform, Owners could reap great rewards.
What Did We Do?
We set out to create NFC enabled tectiles at all the biggest venues from the Staples Center in LA to the Best Buy Theater in NYC. Samsung owners would simply tap our posters with their mobile devices and automatically receive free goods or services. Events included the LA Kings, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift, and more.
